Battery holder, PCB, 18650 size, flat contacts

Have you seen the 18650 battery holder? This is essentially the same type of holder — designed for a single 18650 cell, with metal contacts that ensure a solid electrical connection. The only difference is that instead of wires, this version has two terminals for soldering directly onto a PCB.

A wired battery holder has one drawback: it usually still needs to be mounted somehow. Sometimes it is simply more convenient to have a PCB that can hold the battery holder permanently in place.

The spacing between the PCB terminals is 72 mm. However, the holder will not fit a standard prototyping board — the terminals are 0.3 mm thick, but 1.5 mm wide.
