This board is a clone of Arduino UNO R3
Board sold without USB cable. This is 100% Arduino UNO R3 clone. You can easily replace ATmega328 if it fail (mounted in socket). Also ATmega16u2 is used as USB/Serial converter - You can reprogram it to change USB device. UNO can show as mouse or keyboard when connected to computer.
If You don’t need these features, maybe board with ATmega SMD will be interesting option for You.
